  I own a property within the Shore Point Association, which is managed by Equity Management & Realty Services, and I want to share my experience working with Danisha Little.I had a very difficult transaction when I first acquired the property, but Danisha was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process. The seller did not transfer the HOA properly and failed to disclose certain details about the property, leading to several HOA-related complications. Throughout it all, Danisha was extremely professional and supportive. She helped me navigate the situation with the fewest complications possible.Thank you, Danisha!

  HORRIBLE! They took an over a year to get started on repairing an “emergency assessment” Then as the homeowners we asked them to see all the bids from all the contractors and they refused to show us! Would you hire a property manager that refuses to show you a bid for repair ON YOUR OWN PROPERTY?!

  They never have answers to anything. And never accept accountability for issues that are clearly their fault. The couple of times I went physically to the office, everyone just so happened to be confused and busy. They're walking around the office, carefree chatting about their weekends. Someone's holding her little dog that she brings into the office with her, which is highly unprofessional. When I have a question, everybody comes to the counter and looks confused. And then everybody walks back looking confused to chat and then no one has a solution. Had to visit the location in person several times in order to get assistance. And it still did not help. I needed to get my garage door programmed, so I traveling to temecula thirty miles each way but still didn't getting my issue resolved. It was highly frustrating. They often have meetings for the HOA but then cancel them at the last minute or create a zoom meeting instead. So that they can control, who attends and who gets to speak The only time I've ever gotten help in consideration and kind words is from Ruby Ferguson. Whoever hired her needs to give her a raise & also thank her for working to fix the view and perception of this office and this company.
