  I’ve been living at The Pavilion for three years, and I finally found the time to write a review. I can honestly say it has been a great experience. When I first moved in, Yolanda was the property manager, and later Lisa took over. Both were very helpful and responsive. All maintenance requests were resolved within a day or two, without any unnecessary delays. Even after I moved out, I had a situation where a package was delivered to my old address, and Lisa went out of her way to help coordinate delivery and forwarding, which I really appreciated. The property is very clean and well-maintained (especially compared to other buildings on Collins St). The neighbors are friendly and respectful - I never experienced any issues or disturbances. I was lucky to get a tandem parking space, which is very convenient if you have two cars or host guests. Both the move-in and move-out processes went smoothly. I received almost my full security deposit back, with only reasonable charges, along with photos documenting the repairs. The location is also very convenient - you can easily access the 101, and all shops and grocery stores are within a 10-minute drive. You can even walk to Vons or Gelsons in about the same time. I do wish the property had covered parking, as it gets very hot during the summer. It would also be great if the washers and dryers were upgraded. That said, everything works and gets the job done. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a decent place to live in the Valley. Honestly, I don’t know many other places that can match the price and amenities offered here.

  I lived in this apartment complex for two years, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful place to live. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and truly felt like home. The administration team was excellent — whenever any issue came up, it was always handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to highlight Lisa. She is amazing — kind, caring, and always ready to help. She made the whole experience even better, and I’m very grateful for all her support during my time here. I was really sad to leave this place. I also want to mention that I kept the apartment in great condition for the full two years, and I truly appreciate that they were fair and returned my full deposit. That is rare these days, especially in California, and it says a lot about the honesty and professionalism of the management. Overall, I had a very positive experience living here, and I would absolutely come back again. In fact, I hope to return in a year. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home and a management team that genuinely cares.

  Great place to live. Friendly neighbors, overall affordable for what you are getting and convenient location to the 101 and 405. Lisa the building manager, is super responsive and is usually able to get your maintenance requests completed within a day of reaching out to her. Only complaint is street parking is difficult to find for guests but you get your own parking spot in a gated lot.

  Great place to call home! I loved living here. A year ago I toured this place and applied the same day because I knew it was the one. It is quiet and so clean in the unit and on property and Lisa is the best property manager. She’s been so helpful and genuine since the day I requested to tour. If maintenance is needed they are fast and get things done asap. I have never had a problem and that’s a blessing. I will miss this place but 10/10 recommend as this complex is super convenient to grocery stores , the mall, and the freeway. You won’t regret living here
