  I lived at Carlo Inc. The Newporter and experienced severe mold and air-quality problems after management refused to replace a broken refrigerator for weeks. The delay caused widespread mold, excessive humidity, and dust that severely affected my health. Even after repeated complaints they finally replaced the fridge but denied any responsibility for the poor air-quality and charged me for outside work while refusing to acknowledge the issue. Management’s negligence created an unsafe living environment and poor communication throughout. I do not recommend living here.

  I have lived here for the last two years. Mary moved me in and is always so helpful and fun to be around. Lisa who watches over the building sometimes is always so responsive and helpful. They are both such a good property managers and really care about the residents and building.

  I've been a resident at The Newporter for almost 3 years now and it is such a great place to live. The building is really well kept and maintained, the property manager Lisa is always so helpful and helps the building feel like home by decorating the halls for every holiday. You can tell this building and the tenants in it are cared about by Carlo Inc. and it constantly shows.

  The building is quiet and I rarely hear noise from other apartments. The manager Bobbie does a great a job. My only critique is that shipments cannot make it into the building when I'm not there. However, the manager always lets them in on behalf of the residents.

  Great quiet place. Close to everything. Very well kept by the manager, Bobbi. I would recommend this place!
