- MFMarisa FloresOct 18, 20241.0We put in an application of $50 & paid $450 holding fee on apt #30. Immediately after payment we were denied and it was back on the market. It’s been 37days now and multiple calls/messages to Brenda in the leasing office and we have not received our money back. This place is a scam. Please save yourself the trouble and do not apply a holding fee. Just do a deposit if you are interested. Very disappointing.
