  I’ve had a great experience living here - the community is clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests had been smooth and quickly responded. Celina and Gabriela from the leasing office are very helpful.

  I had a great experience working with Gabriela. She was very helpful during the tour, answered all of my questions, and made the process easy. She was attentive, professional, and kept me updated with follow-ups throughout. I really appreciated her great communication and positive attitude!

  I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and my experience has been very positive. The community is clean, well maintained, and feels very safe thanks to the gated access and underground parking. The location is excellent, and the Caltrain station is less than a 5-minute walk away, which is a huge plus. I also really appreciate that management continues to invest in improving the community and overall resident experience. They recently added a Smith machine and a stair master to the gym, which has been a great addition. Shoutout to Celina, who has been amazing throughout my time here, always friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in making the community a great place to live.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Villa del Sol. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and the management truly cares about the residents. Celina in the office has been especially helpful—she is always professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and you can tell she takes pride in the property. It’s a great place to live and I appreciate the effort the team puts into keeping the community clean and welcoming.

  I’ve lived at Villa Del Sol for over a year now and have had a great experience. The property is well-maintained and quiet, but what really sets it apart is the management. The manager, Celina, is incredible - always professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or a minor issue, they handled it immediately and with a great attitude. It makes such a difference living somewhere where you feel heard. Highly recommend!
