  I want to give a special shoutout to Miles Delis. From start to finish he made our move-in smooth and completely stress-free. We handled the entire leasing process online from out of state, and Miles was incredibly responsive — he answered every email quickly and clearly and walked us through each step. Since we've moved in, he's been just as attentive: every request or question gets a fast, polite, and helpful response. His professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Thank you, Miles!

  Over the years at the crossings I can say with full certainty the thing that kept us here was the lead maintenance guy Hristo! He is so quick and keeps this place running smoothly. Even after losing most of the guest parking Hristo made it worthwhile! Wish every complex had a Hristo!

  I lived here for 3 years and vacated recently due to needing 2 bathrooms. Decent place to live, excellent location and area wise, very good schools. Has a couple of small play areas for the kids, which is something not common in apartments here. The maintenance folks are 7 stars, especially mentioned to Hristo, an excellent person who always fixes the issues timely. Jesus is decent man as well. The leasing office people are good, but they can improve and be more polite when dealing with residents. The property is well-maintained and has functional amenities. And most important they returned deposit in timely manner.
