  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with SoFi Sunnyvale’s management was bad enough that I feel people should know. The management team was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than taking ownership of issues, they repeatedly blamed “upper management,” which came across as an excuse instead of a solution. Communication around our security deposit was especially poor. We were charged the full deposit despite leaving the apartment in essentially the same condition in which we received it, and there was little transparency or meaningful explanation. On top of that, the building itself feels old for what they charge. The rent is far too high for the condition of the apartments and the level of service provided. I would not recommend living here unless you are comfortable with overpriced rent, unclear deposit practices, and management that makes residents feel like an inconvenience rather than customers.

  Maintaince requests always solved quicker than anticipated! Before you know it whatever u requested is fixed. Blinds issue addressed quickly
