  Had a 30 min tour scheduled at 4:30. We showed up on time and no one was there? Left after waiting for 20 min. Shout out to the maintenance guy who was very nice though and was the most helpful person (and only employee who we found) during this experience

  Came to tour the place and scheduled a guided tour, we showed up at 4:30 PM (our scheduled time) and the leasing team wasn't there. After 20 minutes of waiting we decided to leave since NO ONE WAS THERE.

  Horrible place — one star. The car wash next door runs its pumps all day, putting out an annoying high-pitched whine that never stops. At night they blast heavy metal with pounding bass. The soundproofing here is a joke — you can hear every single footstep from upstairs, like the floor is about to cave in. You can hear laughter from downstairs and music and movies from next door. Getting woken up at 2 AM by footsteps overhead is infuriating. And do yourself a favor and check out the trash area — it reeks to high heaven, and the whole complex has maybe four or five bins total!

  Check the reviews before applying! We felt like they completely played with our time and urgent housing need. I really wish we had checked the reviews before starting this process. Now that I am here to post my experience to warn prospective tenants, I see how many terrible reviews they already have. It is long overdue for management or the parent company to take a serious look at what is going on in this office. Our application process for a unit at Sofi Sunnyvale was deeply frustrating and unacceptable. From day one, we made our urgent housing situation completely clear to the leasing office (Raul). Even after submitting all financial records, my partner's job offer letter, my employment verification, and proof of income, they kept trickling in additional document requests without giving a clear explanation of remaining requirements or a definitive decision timeline. They literally played with our time and our urgent need for a home. Asking for paperwork piece by piece with zero transparency or clear communication is completely disrespectful. We ultimately canceled our application because our time is valuable and we refused to let them string us along any further. I do not recommend this property.

  Extremely disappointing experience, and honestly, management was the biggest problem. I moved in and immediately dealt with a persistent mildew/foul odor, widespread corrosion, and multiple maintenance issues. I reported these concerns almost immediately and even provided management with a 25-page PDF with photos documenting the condition of the unit and my concerns about possible moisture/water damage. Then the washing machine broke and flooded my closet, bathroom, and kitchen. The washer was repaired, but the foul odor never went away. I had multiple conversations with management about how unacceptable and disappointing this was, especially considering I was paying over $3,000/month. It is honestly laughable that management can look at the condition of some of these units and decide they are acceptable for someone to move into. I moved out as soon as I could and am very glad I did. I’ve since found another apartment that I’m actually proud to call home, and the difference is night and day. If you’re considering moving here, don’t. There are many other, newer, cleaner apartments for the same price range. These pictures attached are from the day i moved into the unit and i can't even attach them all.
