  Called in to ask a couple questions about the apartment and community before deciding whether to make a 1 hour drive to view the property. Spoke with Michael who was immediately rude, dismissive and misogynistic: he told me that my husband should come and see the property rather than me, having no other information about me other than I am a woman. He also accused me of being a marketer? Then he proceeded to tell me that the apartment is not very accommodating to people with cars? This happened over the span of a 5 minute call where I was nothing but polite. It is too bad because due to his behaviour, we will not be considering his property, when it was a top choice for us. I was confused why he felt the need to make these comments but he was obviously having a bad day and trying to take it out on others. Someone needs to train him and tell him that is not the way to go about it. I will be looking to escalate this.

  It has been a pleasant experience at Parkwood Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and helpful. The location is excellent, with parks, schools, and shopping nearby, making it a comfortable place to live.

  I’ve been living here for five years now, and I really love the amenities. The garden, pool, and jacuzzi are all very well-maintained. During the pandemic, management even added an outdoor cycling area and upgraded both the community laundry room and the mail system. The entire property is very thoughtfully managed, and the neighbors are friendly too.

  Parkwood Apartments is fantastic. They hold nice community get-togethers occasionally. There is a clean pool on-site, and we are very close to a park. The whole property is always neat and well cleaned.

  The complex is surrounded by 2 amazing parks, very convenient for families with kids! The complex by itself is very green and beautiful. It also has a cool pool with a hot tub! Nice place to live!
