- MMMadonnaMay 9, 20265.0Matthew (person, not AI) helped me and my hubby to get our unit, from A to Z. He’s very knowledgeable, so kind, and generous. Some apartment hunters saying have to deal with AI (answering machine) only and no person to talk to. Hubby and I disappointed because were not very good dealing with AI or answering machine; however, we called Element phone number and talked to Matthew and showed up for touring. Well, we got our awesome place with terrace, courtyard, and swimming pool.!!!
- JHJess HaworthMar 18, 20261.0Like you can tell from all the robotic responses to these bad reviews, it's really hard to contact any human at Element. When a resident calls for help they can only talk to an irresponsibly bad "AI agent" that's worse than useless. Email isn't much better. The funniest was when they ignored my emails and then sent me an AI slop email asking if I needed help with anything. They ignored my response to that, too.
