- XMXinyu Meng1 day ago1.0I've lived here and the noise situation is unbearable — the downstairs unit blasts their TV from midnight all the way to 9am, and I haven't been able to sleep at all. I've raised this with management repeatedly and they take no responsibility. On top of that, I've been charged extra on my bills with no clear explanation, and getting it resolved has gone nowhere. Management is unresponsive when real problems come up. I can't recommend living here.
- JHJess HaworthJul 21, 20261.0This complex is so neglected it's the only place I've ever seen loads of baby and adult cockroaches, and a gross pool. You can't reach a human who cares, just the "AI". Check out the Redfin/Zillow listing for this place, the owner is trying to sell their property ASAP.
- PPPreetMay 25, 20265.0I had an amazing experience working with Matthew. He was incredibly responsive, professional and made the entire leasing process seem less. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately. If you’re looking to rent in the area, look no further Matthew is the best in business!!
- BJBrian JungMay 13, 20261.0Came for your scheduled with their AI agent on the phone, no one shows up to give the tour and the AI won’t connect us to a real person
- MMMadonnaMay 9, 20265.0Matthew (person, not AI) helped me and my hubby to get our unit, from A to Z. He’s very knowledgeable, so kind, and generous. Some apartment hunters saying have to deal with AI (answering machine) only and no person to talk to. Hubby and I disappointed because were not very good dealing with AI or answering machine; however, we called Element phone number and talked to Matthew and showed up for touring. Well, we got our awesome place with terrace, courtyard, and swimming pool.!!!
