Some apartment hunters saying have to deal with AI (answering machine) only and no person to talk to. Hubby and I disappointed because were not very good dealing with AI or answering machine; however, we called Element phone number and talked to Matthew and showed up for touring. Well, we got our awesome place with terrace, courtyard, and swimming pool.!!!
- JAJ AJul 26, 20251.0Scheduled a tour and then when I got there someone called me to tell me they had already gotten an application 2 days ago so there was nothing to tour. It took me an hour to drive down here. Luckily I had other apartments I was going to visit so not a complete waste of time but they should've let me know as soon as it was unavailable. Totally unprofessional.
