  My experience with this apartment community has been great! The front office has been amazing. Bhaviksha went above and beyond to help my mom with the application process. She was very kind and patient with us when we had questions. The grounds are clean. The studio apartment itself is well kept. We are very pleased.

  We lived here about a year and a half ago, and our experience was very disappointing. There was a serious cockroach infestation throughout the building. Parking is always full, with no assigned spots and far fewer spaces than units. Our car was also frequently getting scratched in the parking area, which was very frustrating. When we moved out, they kept our full security deposit and Even after we moved out, they are trying to fine us $3,000$ charged us an additional , it was because we used silicone to seal gaps in an attempt to prevent cockroaches from entering the unit. Unfortunately,I would not recommend this place.
