  Actually unreal how impossible it is to get in contact with anyone please heed the reviews that say so. It feels like a scam! Notice in their replies they list different phone numbers.

  New tenants here! We moved in 3 weeks ago and so far had an amazing experience overall! Once we ask technician to come fix our lite fixture, in half an hour very pleasant guy came and fixed out light, was beyond polite and patient, so great expirience

(아마도) 처음 미국에 오는 가정이라면 "너넨 받아주기 싫어"라는 말 대신 최대한 끈질기고 비용이 드는 방식으로 계약을 해주지 않으려고 할 겁니다. 보증인 요구뿐 아니라 끊임없는 보증인에 대한 추가 서류, 또 더한 추가 서류를 계속 요구하며 종국에는 SSN까지 달라고 합니다. 이 과정도 심지어 사무실에 갈 때마다 사람이 없어서 며칠이 걸렸습니다. 결국 지독한 시간 낭비와 스트레스를 얻고 홀딩 디파짓까지 날리고 싶다면 첫 이주할 장소로 이곳을 고르시면 됩니다. 물론 매우 괜찮은 직장의 오퍼레터도 소용 없었습니다. 서로 시간 낭비 하지 않게 우리는 세입자를 골라서 받는다고 광고라도 하세요.

  I’ve been living here for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The dog park is a great feature - it's always well-kept and my dog certainly appreciates the treats and toys inside! The maintenance team is top-notch – they’re responsive, friendly, and always fix things promptly. When we moved in the staff went above and beyond, leaving us a thoughtful gift basket of items that were much appreciated after a big move. It's those little touches that make this place feel like home. Overall, this apartment complex has been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

  UPDATE: they said I could call and get help about this. But my call never went through. We have lived here for several years. It used to be a quiet community with lovely neighbors and helpful management team. The maintenance team lead Jason is especially responsible and helpful. Recently the property was sold to a new owner and it became extremely frustrating to live here since then. For the past several months, new management team constantly conducts very superficial renovations with high noise level. Those renovations probably help to attract new residents in the short term and raise our rent. But they will not improve our lives here. We won't be happier with the community updated the paint colors changed, or many lovely plants removed and replanted. I have to call many times before the manager finally picks up her phone. The new team tried to market an efficient and caring image but those people don't really care. We really miss the quiet and peaceful days with the old management team.
