  Parking is rough, but I haven’t had anyone in my assigned spot and I haven’t had to park outside the complex yet so that’s a win. However, if you own an EV, charging here is not worth it! The EV chargers charge more than fast chargers at high times and are not fast chargers!!! To charge my car (and I have a 58 watt battery so it was pretty practical to charge at home at night when we had a house) here would cost me almost $40 for an hour! It costs me $25 to charge at EVgo for an hour at high priced times, less when the costs are lower. Also, public health recently shut down the pool and the pool area so no swimming, no barbecuing, and there’s no expected reopen date. I have yet to hear a response from the office when asked when the expected reopen date would be. They recently changed the gym hours to operating basically while anyone working a normal schedule is at work. It may not have been much but when it was open until 9 pm, my roommate had at least 3 hours they could use to exercise. Now it’s closed by the time they get home.. The apartment itself is great! Spacious bedrooms and walk in closets for everyone! I really appreciate having a washer and dryer in the unit too! Lots of counter space in the kitchen makes cooking something I enjoy again, not something I dread! We rented here because the apartments are nice and we really liked the amenities. We could’ve gotten a bigger apartment without the amenities for $500 less than what we pay now! But we don’t even get to use the amenities that were influential in our decision to move here: we still have to drive away from the property to charge our vehicle, we can’t swim, and we can’t use the gym. A little more transparency for your potential ev residents on the rates to charge would be appreciated and transparency on when the pool is going to be open would be nice as well!

  Maintenance has been beyond excellent. Tommy is always helpful, kind, and professional. He has a great attitude, always has a smile on his face, and gets the job done. The office staff is amazing as well. Dylan, Angel, and Christina are awesome, and I truly appreciate everything you all do. From the top to the bottom, this is a wonderful team. God bless each of you abundantly. I'm grateful to have a staff as caring, hardworking, and dedicated as you are. Thank you for making this such a great place to call home!

  I don’t live here, however me and my girlfriend tried to come take a tour and the hours on Google said they were open. But when we got here, the office was closed, and when we tried to do a self guided tour it asked for our credit card information. I’m glad we found out how much they care about people beforehand.
