  Genuinely confused why this place has any good reviews. do not move here. It’s overpriced and they just had a shooting at the apartment complex two days ago. Also management doesn’t answer their phones ever and the apartments are cheaply made for new builds. If you are Air Force definitely consider somewhere else please. I’m gonna report this place as unsafe to Travis AFB so they don’t allow yall to live here. I attached a photo since the owner decided to deny it happened.

  I’ve lived here for a year already and I personally have only had great experiences with the staff, especially Angel. She’s been very helpful and nice.

  I’ve been a tenant at Arrive for almost two years now, and throughout my time here, Angel has been absolutely incredible. From the very beginning during my move-in process, she was welcoming, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and easy. When I later moved units, Angel was once again there to help every step of the way. She was always quick to answer my questions, address any concerns, and make sure everything was taken care of. What I appreciate most is that her level of care and professionalism has remained consistent throughout my entire time at Arrive. Angel truly goes above and beyond for the residents, and it’s clear that she takes pride in what she does. She has made a significant difference in my experience living here and has always made me feel like my concerns were heard and valued. I’m extremely thankful that I’ve had the opportunity to work with Angel over the past two years. Having someone who is dependable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents is something that makes a huge difference. Arrive is very fortunate to have someone like her on their team, and I sincerely appreciate everything she has done to make my experience here enjoyable and stress-free.

  Parking is rough, but I haven’t had anyone in my assigned spot and I haven’t had to park outside the complex yet so that’s a win. However, if you own an EV, charging here is not worth it! The EV chargers charge more than fast chargers at high times and are not fast chargers!!! To charge my car (and I have a 58 watt battery so it was pretty practical to charge at home at night when we had a house) here would cost me almost $40 for an hour! It costs me $25 to charge at EVgo for an hour at high priced times, less when the costs are lower. Also, public health recently shut down the pool and the pool area so no swimming, no barbecuing, and there’s no expected reopen date. I have yet to hear a response from the office when asked when the expected reopen date would be. They recently changed the gym hours to operating basically while anyone working a normal schedule is at work. It may not have been much but when it was open until 9 pm, my roommate had at least 3 hours they could use to exercise. Now it’s closed by the time they get home.. The apartment itself is great! Spacious bedrooms and walk in closets for everyone! I really appreciate having a washer and dryer in the unit too! Lots of counter space in the kitchen makes cooking something I enjoy again, not something I dread! We rented here because the apartments are nice and we really liked the amenities. We could’ve gotten a bigger apartment without the amenities for $500 less than what we pay now! But we don’t even get to use the amenities that were influential in our decision to move here: we still have to drive away from the property to charge our vehicle, we can’t swim, and we can’t use the gym. A little more transparency for your potential ev residents on the rates to charge would be appreciated and transparency on when the pool is going to be open would be nice as well!
