  Karina the best. Had more than my share of leasing agents here… she brings energy and positivity and more than anything, she solves issues without stressing me as a tenant. Too thankful for her.

  It’s meant to be. I didn’t read the reviews before scheduling an appointment here. I don’t want bugs. And the break-ins. And the person that I scheduled with never showed up for a tour.

  I wanted to take time to write a review for Elena. I've lived here for two years and have experienced some bad managers and maintenance staff. However, she has been super understanding and accommodating with us. She's always readily available and super friendly. Love that she takes our concerns seriously and handles them in a timely fashion. She's a ROCKSTAR.

  Honestly the BEST part of living at Woodbridge Gardens is how wonderfully attentive the maintenance staff is. Victor, the head of maintenance, does excellent work in a very timely fashion. I have lived on the property for 8 years and re-signed a new lease largely due to the renovation work Victor and his team did on my apartment. I am a very happy tenant.
