  I wanted to follow up on my previous review because Miguel has continued to make living here such a great experience!! He’s always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up!! :) One thing I especially appreciate is how welcoming, secure, and well-managed the building feels. The property is consistently clean, and Miguel’s attention to detail really shows in the overall atmosphere here. His communication and reliability make a big difference, and it’s been a pleasure living in a place that’s so well cared for because of him!! Truly an AMAZING Resident Manager!!:) !!

  The Excelsior is clean, located in an amazing area, and the property manager Ruth has made the process of finding a new place to live easy! I love living here and it’s so great to know that management is kind, responsive, hard working, and considerate! I would absolutely recommend this property.

  Have been staying here for over 2 years now and I’m happy to say I’m friends with a handful of my neighbors that are artsy, responsible and respectful! Thank goodness! The walls could be a bit thicker and little critiques here and there but for the great neighborhood, right off the highway, great use of space and a property manager like Kalissa that is friendly and responds to issues quickly, well I’d say I lucked out with my experience here!

  I highly recommend The Excelsior Apartments! The building is safe and quiet. The property manager Miguel is wonderful! Very professional. Responds to any request immediately. Property is clean and well maintained. Carlo is a great management company and I have been very happy here.

  Been here only three weeks, but so far I love it. It's a nice, clean, quiet building very conveniently located near the 101 Freeway. Better still, I was thankfully surprised to find out (after I moved in) that The Excelsior is within walking distance of an LA Fitness, a Ralphs grocery store, a Walgreens drug store, a Whole Foods, several restaurants, and some terrific bars. The management is very friendly and helpful., and I've very quickly quickly felt right at home here at The Excelsior. The furnished apartment I live in came with a space-saving, and quite comfortable Murphy Bed, plus a very agreeable couch that I love, as well as a cozy plush chair I have by the window. In addition to all of that, my apartment came with two lamos on night stands, a dresser drawer, a two-tired coffee table AND a mobile TV cabinet which I love. Good location, friendly staff, peace and quiet, a clean and convenient washer and dryer room in the back of the building, a jacuzzi, plenty of sunlight, and walking distance to shops...When we're talking about The Excelsior, what's not to like?
