  I lived at this property for 2.5 years and it was absolutely great. The actual property is fantastic but the quick maintenance and property manager’s communications were huge highlights. I highly recommend this property and this property management company!

  I spent a year at the Enclave after starting in downtown LA, and it’s the perfect spot for a person looking for accessibility to major roadways, a quiet community, covered and secured parking spots for tenants, convenient amenities, and a friendly staff. It’s priced competitively to the surrounding market and the property manager (Chung) on-site was top tier in communication and was always receptive to any requests. If you are looking for a great place to call home with everything you need within a short drive, check out any of the vacancies they may have before making a final decision on lodging in the area.

  Whats great about the Enclave, is not just the complex itself, BUT THE PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATION RUNNING IT. The current apt. mgr. Mariah has a beaming personality, demonstrates true sincerity and care for her residents, and has a diligent and responsive approach to her resident's concerns and needs. In times like these, what a blessing to have her as your go to person at the Enclave.

  I’m a longtime resident of The Enclave (9 years and counting), so it’s a safe bet to assume that I still enjoy it here. It’s been my first and only apartment experience in L.A. Mariah has been an extraordinarily effective resident manager. She’s kind, easy to talk to, organized and super attentive to the needs of the residents. Truly a great place to live.

  Quiet, clean community well located next to the 101 and a short walk to Ralph's, restaurants, drug stores, and Studio City Place. The friendly resident manager, Sylva, makes you feel at home.
