  This is an upscale apartment building in Studio City at Vimeland and almost Ventura with a shopping center across the street.

  I have been a resident for a few months now and extremely satisfied with the L’Estancia Apartments and proactive staff (Claudia), the cleanliness of shared spaces, friendliness, skilled maintenance (Roy/Bernie) and the communication/attentiveness to all of our needs here! I feel extremely safe and am happy with my time here. You can feel there is a strong sense of community which creates for a warmness that welcomes you home.

  I swear every year this l’estancia is owned by someone new. Always hiking up rent, never giving proper notice to changes. They're great at cashing the rent check instantly, but when you need help, there's no one to even give you the time of day. My boyfriend and I are currently sitting on our stoop locked outside our apartment. Our key broke. We got the key out, but apparently the landlord, maintenance people, etc., can't be bothered to keep a spare set of keys around. Isn't that part of the job?! I can't wait to move out of this l’estancia . It's the worst.

  OMG I absolutely LOVE this place! I have been a resident for a while now and I must say the team here is exceptional! From Antonio the manager to Denise the assistant manager to Roy and Bernie....these individuals always, and I mean always, They are timely, efficient and just all around great people, who go above and beyond! It truly feels like family and they've created a space that feels like home. One of the best communities I have been a part of. So if you're in the market for a new home, I would DEFINITELY consider here...you won't regret it :)
