  This is apartment look ok unfortunately have several damage while lots of bugs cockroach also have water damage a carpet on the closet because of water outside every night need to shut off. Also have damage walls look terrible I been fixing myself make look nice. The floor are look terrible jobs doesn’t good job which is sloppy and lousy. Due the weight some are broke due upstairs which is not safe.

  I can honestly say that Nicole is very, very, professional, honest, respectful and knows how to get the job done. She is always on top of everything she does and is always pleasant. The property is clean and the neighbors are great! Have been living here for almost a yr now and have no complaints. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been here for three months and I love it! The grounds are clean, the staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The property manager, is kind and responsive. Anytime I’ve submitted a maintenance request they’ve handled it almost immediately. I have no complaints, feel safe and right at home! 😊

  Very happy with the apartment! Management is super cool, knowledgeable, informative, quick and responsive with everything. Neighbors are great and haven't had any complaints. Affordable price and highly recommend! Thank you!!!!!

  I’ve been living here for almost a year and I’ve never had a problem with management which I really appreciate. Whenever I’ve had to contact management whether it’s for maintenance or neighborly complaints, the property manager takes initiative and resolves any issues promptly. She’s very friendly and professional. Overall my experience living here has been great and would recommend others to live here.
