  I recently moved in and had a great experience from start to finish. The move in process was fast, smooth, and well organized. Linda has been amazing very responsive and quick to help whenever I need something fixed in my apartment. It really makes a difference knowing concerns are handled right away. So far, I’m very happy living here!

  I've had such a great experience with Courtyard Apartments! The community is clean, peaceful, and really well taken care of. The landscaping is always maintained, and you can tell the staff truly cares about the property and the people who live here. The management team has been especially wonderful-super friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a huge difference. It's also in a really convenient location, close to shopping, resturants and everything you need. Overall, it feels like a safe and comfortable place to call home. I would absolutely recommend Courtyard Apartments to anyone looking in the Stockton area!

  I’ve been a long time tenant here and has seen a few property managers over the years Ms. Linda is by far the best I’ve encountered. She’s so helpful and get back to me whenever I have an issue I really appreciate her she very personal Also Shan the maintenance guy super helpful and Friendly fix things in a timely manner when needed !!thank guys!!!
