  Robert Perez is amazing. We needed a document we were going back and forth with no hope. But Robert made it happen and helped us with the process in less than 24 hours. Really appreciate him for that.

  Oanh L and Paul C are great to work with. Oanh L. ís a great addition to our management team. Oanh understands the importance of great customer service and provides timely and supportive communication. Paul also provides excellent customer service and support. Paul has worked directly with us through projects to ensure our requests are processed timely and appropriately. We greatly appreciate how the team came together to help us when we had a last minute snafu with a project. Oanh and Paul worked directly with us to ensure our necessary changes were correct and that the Board understood the urgency of the situation.   We have been with Associa for many years now. Susie P, who has been managing our building (and multiple associations within it) is a Rockstar! She is intricately aware of the complexities of our HOAs, our budgets, technical infrastructure details and more. She has a phenomenal vendor network she manages with the rest of the Associa team. A true test is how they show up in strong and adverse situations. Susie has been awesome to work with and looking forward to many more in the future. Thank you!
