  I have used two different property managers to manage my long term rental condo in San Diego for about 8 years. They were both not very helpful with renovation suggestions and arranging for contractors to do the work. When they did arrange for contractors to do repairs, I felt that the they were expensive. I also noticed that they were both large corporate property management companies. The property managers that I worked with frequently changed. It was typical for the big property management companies to send a very polished and closer to meet with me, but the actual management was done by an associate manager. Simon is the point of contact and the one that I talk to every time. He has a team that does the behind the scene work, but Simon is always my point of contact. Simon returns my calls promptly if he doesn’t answer my calls. What I like best is that Simon rented my condo within a week of actually advertising it for rent and for what he said it would rent for. He is very knowledgeable about his market and delivers on what he says he will do.

  Simon eliminated all headaches as a property manager and handled everything from head to toe during the home selling process. He got us an amazing sale price. He gets results.

  The first time I met the agent, I told him that I wasn’t working with any other agent and that he would be my agent. He followed up with me for several days, and I started working with his broker. Unfortunately, his broker was not very professional. I had already put down $300,000 and owned another home that was fully paid off and worth about $550,000. Yet the broker told me I needed to put down $600,000 to buy a home priced at $850,000 😄. After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority. UPDATE: After I posted an honest review, he contacted me and, in my view, tried to pressure me into removing it. He also told me he would share my file without my permission, even though there is nothing in it, and claimed he recorded my voice without my consent. Based on my experience, I found this behavior to be unprofessional and unacceptable. Please do your own research before deciding to work with him.

  I was on the buyer’s agent side with Simon on the listing agent’s side on a transaction. I loved working with him. He has excellent communication and I could tell that he genuinely wanted my buyers to be happy with the home. He is very kind, thorough and thoughtful. He also does property management, which I will definitely use him if I have any clients needing that in the future. Thanks Simon for making this transaction an enjoyable one!

  Simon has been absolutely great to work with! He assured me from day one that he'd make sure to take care of everything I needed from him as a property manager as long as I gave him the reigns. I had an immediate need to find tenants to occupy one of my units. Rather than get someone immediately he took the time to properly vet the applicants to make sure we'd get the best tenant. I highly recommend Simon for any of your property management needs. He's been a great help so far and I look forward continuing this partnership!
