  Overall I enjoyed living here, it was pretty quiet in the unit I was in I really didn’t feel like I had neighbors. The only thing I will complain about is the water bill because initially I was quoted a price and it was a lot higher than what was quoted. Water has usually come out to $200-$250 monthly and it was just for two people I’m sure a lot of it goes towards the landscaping. I only had one maintenance issue and they had a prompt response.

  My wife and I have been living here the past few years. We have a 1bd 1bth and what we pay for rent, it is incredibly worth it. I truly don’t think you’ll find a better place to live for the price in the San Diego area. We have only had a single issue here but it was nobodies fault at all, the equipment just finally gave out. They were VERY quick to get it replaced, eager to communicate, and even gave us temporary services for the meantime. The front office is full of great people who listen to your feedback and actually appreciate getting it. Rosie, Jenn, and Maria are some of the kindest people who jump on a task to solve any problem you may have. It is a very clean complex as well. They have crews out all the time cleaning up, emptying garbage cans, and updating the area. We love it here and as long as we are in the San Diego area, Lakeview will be home.

  I'm half way through my second year here, and I am quite pleased with everything. Very quick response to any maintenance issue, and they use real professionals to take care of you. I enjoy my matching GE washer and dryer. I even have my own garage. People here are really nice and laid back. We have all ages here, and never any problems. Charming and intelligent leasing office staff. Close to everywhere, shopping, etc. Pets. Amazon lockers on premises.

  Rented here back in 2021, went through divorce, the manager Patrick then had agreed to let me out of my lease without consequence due to circumstances. Came back to my credit 2 years later for 12k. I’ve tried disputing and they keep denying, this isn’t right and I truly believe it’s the management.
