  We moved in February 2026 and have had a wonderful experience with the building, staff, and location. Julius, Isaiah, and the maintenance staff are incredibly responsive to questions and ensure your living experience is top notch.

  I would not live here again. You can hear the people ontop of you running back and forth. You can also tell that any new tenants that moved in within the last year do not care about the property or the people around them.

  The soundproofing in this apartment is extremely poor. I can constantly hear the people upstairs running and walking around, and the noise from the floor is incredibly loud. Sometimes it genuinely feels like someone is jumping up and down right above my head. When the upstairs neighbors walk or run around, I can even feel the building and my apartment vibrating from the impact. The constant thumping, stomping, and vibrations are extremely disruptive, especially when you’re trying to relax or sleep. If you’re sensitive to noise, this is definitely something to consider before moving here or wishing you have a quiet neighbor.

  We rented one of the community lounges for a bridal shower. D Wade, Maintenance Tech, made this possible. We don’t live on property, but we sure wish we did! What a gorgeous place to call home!! From touring ahead of time to the day of the event, we were treated with kindness and respect. We had a couple of media questions, and each time, Julius immediately came to assist. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how fabulous the venue was, and how fortunate we were to be able to have access to it. We couldn’t agree more.
