  We rented one of the community lounges for a bridal shower. D Wade, Maintenance Tech, made this possible. We don’t live on property, but we sure wish we did! What a gorgeous place to call home!! From touring ahead of time to the day of the event, we were treated with kindness and respect. We had a couple of media questions, and each time, Julius immediately came to assist. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how fabulous the venue was, and how fortunate we were to be able to have access to it. We couldn’t agree more.   Really enjoying living at 988. The building is clean, modern, and very well maintained, and the amenities and overall environment have been great. I especially want to recognize the maintenance team, John and D, for doing an outstanding job. They are always friendly, professional, responsive, and pay close attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping the property in great condition and making residents feel comfortable. Really appreciate all their hard work.

  The property is gorgeous, very chic and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am using the recreation space for a bridal shower as it is beautiful with enough space to hold everyone. If you are looking for a place in the area, I highly recommend checking it out and calling it home

  I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for our new property manager. Isaiah Smith From the very beginning, he has made a strong and positive impression. He’s been actively taking care of every issue in the apartment and following through on everything he said he would do. When he mentioned fixing the TVs, he made sure it got done. I could honestly go on and on, but I just want to give him credit for making life at 988 such a great experience. He doesn’t just talk the talk—he walks the walk. He’s very easy to approach, and I always feel comfortable coming to him with any concerns, knowing he will take care of them. Because of him, living here doesn’t just feel like being neighbors—it feels like a real community, like family. And I truly feel that’s what he’s helped bring to 988. I’ve been living at 988 for two years now . #314 . Thank you again Isaiah Smith
