  Working with Heidi was such a splendid experience, I quickly felt like I had been friends with her for years, communication between us was clear throughout the entire process.She was professional and reliable!   Everyone has a friend or a relative who is a realtor but it honestly takes a truly savvy individual who knows how to play the game. Heidi knows the game. She was able to negotiate a deal that saved me so much in money and time. Tahoe has tons of details in dealing with the TRPA that out of area agents would never address. She answered calls at any hour and was always happy to help me understand the deal step by step. She is a true local and knows the lake inside out. Great person. Trust is the key.

  Heidi is very knowledgeable about the local area in and around South Lake Tahoe where I live. She is responsive and also patient as I search countless houses. I always enjoy her company as we scour the area for my perfect home.

  Let me just say for starters Heidi goes above & beyond for her clients!! Our cabin is very difficult to find, my carpet guy attempted twice so she drove down Hwy 50 recording the turn off & down to the entrance of the road!! She also met a cleaning crew in Strawberry so they could follow her down, on a Sat mind you…..theres more lol!!! She walked down to the cabin w the cleaning crew, turned on the water valve for them to find a leaky pipe. Thankfully we had painters there so she got them to fix it!! Her experience & knowledge is Top Notch, she’s so accommodating & easy to work with!!! Highly Recommend…… Thank you for everything Heidi & again Im sooo sorry we hit that brick wall!!🙃❤️
