- ESElena SalvatierraMay 31, 20261.0Hace años la administración era buena y estricta , siempre limpio , pero ahora donde te vires hay excremento de perros o gatos , y el estacionamiento es un dolor de cabeza, hace unos 2 meses vi a una persona de los departamentos de enfrente estacionandose en los área que nos corresponde a los inquilinos de Aspen y le dije que no tenía derecho y me contesto que si que por que le pagaba $150 dolares al mes al de administración , ya no puedes salir a caminar y respirar aire puro por que donde sea hay gente fumando mariguana, que lastima que todo halla cambiado por eso mucha gente prefieren buscar otro lugar

The parking situation is not perfect but it's the best that you'll find for the Costa Mesa / Santa Ana area - there's almost always a spot somewhere even if it's a walk. The only major downside is that you must be careful securing your car, try to park inside the gate because outside the gate in the guest parking there have been break-ins, drilled keyholes, stolen tires, ect. The staff will absolutely do their very best for you and will be on your side. The laundry room can be rough at peek hours of the day, but at odd hours I can easily take up 4 washers/dryers at time. Great gym that is often empty. Sense of community is superb and the neighbors are the best. We were sad to leave and will miss it greatly. EDIT: This review was made before the parking policy changes of 2026 where guest's cars are registered online.
