We manage rental property in Monterey County from Salinas, down the valley to King City and over to the Monterey Peninsula. Bay Property Management also does Tenant finder services, takes care of small HOA's, and can manage rural community road/water fee collection. Gail Schaudra Valdez is a licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in property management. Property management is our business, we are trained to handle all aspects of managing property; from rent collections, tenant communications, and legal aspects, to emergency situations.
