  I don’t write reviews often, but need to express here how awesome Danika has been in Leasing from day 1, a year ago, when I came to first look here! So thorough in her knowledge, friendly, patient and just the best! Now I’m living here and she’s STILL so great when I have a question! Riva is lucky to have this gem of an employee!!!

  One week in and so far so good! The team has been excellent to work with. The move has gone smoothly so far. The only “negative” would be not having an elevator to use during the move (3rd floor) but that is it. Excited to be part of this community!

  Be careful... too many red flags with this place. Bright and shiny and pretty, but do your homework. There are some things you should know/ask up front. The standard deposit, per the leasing team, equals the rent (about $4000 - $7000), which is veeery unusual for an apartment complex this size, which suggests up front that they are leveraging the law to get large sums probably for investment (typical deposit in large complexes is $500-$700). They also circumvented California’s law about not being able to force charge for internet by saying its “free” with the apartment, same as they did with the parking; what they actually did is roll those costs into the price so they “disappear”/become non negotiable. Also, they won’t admit they share your data with third parties; we immediately began receiving spam emails and calls soon after signing up for the process. They also use a third party for ID verification, which requires a video selfie..again, quite unusual, and this company does not disclose what they do with your data after. I’ve asked them repeatedly for copies of their privacy policy and to delete our data since we were not going to be moving in anymore, and their "anonymous” email address for data privacy refused to respond with that information. Be careful, know what you’re getting into.
