  Riva is such a breath of fresh air when it comes to community living. Not only is the staff warm and welcoming, but they are professional and responsive. I feel so lucky to live in a community that actually cares about the residents, and cultivates an environment of respect and fun through the activities and events they provide. The units themselves are modern and well made - the quality of sound proofing and fixtures aren’t just builder grade, and while there are always challenges with shared spaces, the residents are top tier, cleanliness is a priority, and most importantly, I feel safe living in such a high quality environment. Dannika is the best and Nick is always helpful and friendly. They never make you feel like a burden. Thank you guys!

  I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. It truly feels like a wellness resort, with an outdoor gym, sauna, cold plunge, and beautiful pool area. I always fall asleep on the lounge chairs because they’re so comfortable 😅. The coworking spaces are beautiful, quiet, and make for great Zoom backgrounds. Also the other residents are so friendly!! A great place to build community. The leasing team has been amazing throughout the entire process. Special shoutout to Nick and Tom!! The apartments themselves feel thoughtfully designed, with high ceilings, gorgeous finishes, modern appliances, great lighting, and spacious closets. I can’t say enough good things about living here. It’s a place I’m genuinely proud to call home, and I love hosting friends and family because everyone is impressed the moment they walk in. Highly recommend! - Kylie & Sheldon :)

  RIVA is an exceptional place that I get to call home. The apartment is stunning and it’s everything I would have designed if I would have done it myself! The staff, to name a few, Tom, Zach, Nick and Dannika are the nicest, most professional people you could hope for in a property management team. I’m not tech savvy and these guys went above and beyond showing me the apps I needed and Tom even came up to my apartment to teach me how to use everything! I would give a 10 ⭐️ review if I could. I highly recommend RIVA to anyone looking for an upscale apartment home in a great location.

  We had such an amazing experience working with Nick! Since we were renting from out of town, we never got to see the apartment in person, but Nick made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He answered every question we had, FaceTimed us multiple times, and even went above and beyond by taking photos of the apartment at different times of day because natural light was really important to us. That level of care meant so much and gave us the confidence to sign our lease without ever visiting in person. Beyond making the leasing process easy, Nick is genuinely one of the kindest, most attentive, and caring people we’ve worked with. You can tell he truly wants to help and goes the extra mile for his residents. If you’re considering living at Riva, I would recommend asking for Nick 100 times over. We couldn’t have asked for a better leasing experience!
