  My wife and I have been working with John for a year. It’s been an exceptional journey in search of our retirement ranch home. He has been extremely proactive in setting up our prospective homes to see, as well as being patient knowing the precise things we are looking at in a home as well as a property to enjoy the great outdoors. Almost embarrassing to say, but he has personally shown us 99 homes in the selective areas that interest us. His background in construction was so beneficial in our quest as well as some homes ( with his expertise) brought out numerous questions of moving existing walls, additions etc..he always had the answers due to his extensive designing and building knowledge. Proven to be most valuable. He is an exceptional man, with years of experience to back his approach in helping you find or sell your dream home. We gained a lifelong friend in the process!

  I had a great experience working with John!. He was very committed to helping us find the right second home for us and always available with my scheduling needs (working around your work schedule).
