The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I had to wait 2 weeks

Terrible management, zero support, and total disregard for residents. If you are thinking about moving here, save yourself the nightmare. There is a building-attached HVAC unit relentlessly blaring a loud, deafening noise 24 hours a day directly into my unit. It makes sleeping or working from home completely impossible, causing severe distress for my young children and me. When I reported it, they sent a maintenance worker who did a lazy walk-through and claimed nothing was wrong, completely ignoring the reality of the situation. To top it all off, when I informed them that I was forwarding my emails to legal counsel because of their total inaction, management cowardly hid behind that as an excuse to shut down all communication entirely and refuse to talk to me about fixing the issue. Stonewalling tenants and ignoring severe habitability problems is completely unacceptable. Stay far away from this place if you value your peace, health, and basic customer service.

The slat on my blinds in my living room fell off again. It’s laying on the floor.

The gentleman that came to fix the lock on my front door was friendly and professional. He fixed the issue quickly and without hesitation. I believe his name was Bobby.... Thank you for your excellent service!!!
