Usually, these “non-emergency” requests take up to 48-72 hours to process, but the maintenance employee Chris jumped in to help us within 24 hours. He was able to efficiently fix the drip and we are very grateful for his willingness to expedite the process.

Ty, the leasing manager, is outstanding—very helpful, professional, and responsive. The only downside is that the guest parking spaces are quite smaller than usual. Overall, still a very positive experience and I would recommend living here
