- ADAngel DSep 15, 20261.0Warning Rats running around everywhere and up stair railings. Management are the worst people I have ever met and second hand smoke everywhere. If you want to suffer move here. Also the floors and walls are incredibly thin. Front door isn’t properly sealed. There are huge giant holes in the roofs and huge cracks in walls inside and out , in the pavement and the stairs. Creaking every step if you live upstairs . Whole building shakes from just walking. This whole place should be torn down. I have no other to live elsewhere since I’m disabled and have to be close to my mother. This place is hell .
- DTDani TaylorAug 13, 20261.0Andrea was slow to respond. I had paid the additional $300 with my application for a “holding deposit.” I was accepted at a better apartment, and called to cancel my application. They say the $300 is refundable, but now Andrea says it’s not refundable after 72 hours. She took longer than 72 hours to get back to me! I don’t appreciate having my money stolen from me by crooked business practices. As if they weren’t already overcharging their actual tenants for their crappy old apartments?!
- ACAllison CooperAug 13, 20261.0WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!! Management is a joke. They are never there when you need them and are always closed. They leave for "lunch" and don't come back. They ignore the issues all the people who smoke weed, let dogs in the pool, leave dog poop everywhere, park their cars anywhere. Do not stay here!
- TJTaylor JohnsonAug 3, 20261.0It has not even been 10 days since we moved in, and these apartments are infested with roaches. Neighbors upstairs constantly making noise at all times of the night. Management is oblivious when trying to fix the situation. Once my lease is over I’m immediately moving out of this horrendous place.
