I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jan O’Flynn. From the moment she arrived, I knew I was in great hands. She did an incredibly thorough and professional job appraising my home, but beyond that, she is just an absolute delight to be around. Jan has the best sense of humor, a wonderful personality, and a way of making the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. She is knowledgeable, professional, warm, funny, and genuinely lovely. It’s rare to meet someone who is so good at what they do and such a pleasure to work with at the same time. I would recommend Jan without hesitation — she’s truly exceptional! Sharon Russell...

Jan was very professional, experienced in the local area, meticulous to detail and friendly. She did a residential appraisal for me in Placerville. I was extremely satisfied with her detailed work and experience in the appraisal process. I highly recommend Jan as an appraiser in El Dorado County.
