  My experience living at these apartments has been extremely disappointing, especially since the new management took over. Management has made promises about appliances and upgrades that were not followed through on, and in our experience, we have actually been left with downgraded appliances instead. The dumpster area is constantly overflowing with trash and garbage, and it does not seem like cleanliness is a priority. There are also serious pest issues, especially spiders, which have been an ongoing problem. The plumbing is another major issue. The toilets and kitchen sinks have had repeated problems. We have had a leak underneath our kitchen counter for months, and maintenance still has not properly fixed it. Maintenance requests can take weeks to be addressed, and there have also been times when maintenance has shown up without prior warning. The appliances are extremely old and poorly maintained. The stove is outdated, and even basic things like damaged window blinds have not been replaced. The paint used throughout the apartment also seems very cheap and damages easily. Another issue is that management seems to pick and choose which parts of the lease agreement they want to enforce. It is frustrating to have residents expected to follow every part of the lease while management does not seem to hold themselves to the same standard when it comes to maintaining the property and completing necessary repairs in the apartments. The laundry room is another huge frustration! The machines frequently malfunction or do not work at all. My laundry has gotten stuck inside the machines multiple times, and I have even had items damaged while using them. Communication from the office has also been poor. Paperwork has not always been handled properly especially repairs unless we repeatedly follow up about it. On top of all of these issues, interactions with office management is very dismissive, when residents are simply trying to get problems resolved. Overall, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, reliable appliances, communication, and professionalism from the new management in the office has made living here a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend these apartments based on my experience.
