  I have lived here for nine years and my experience has been amazing! I have not had any of the problems getting things repaired which some have complained about. Madison is a truly outstanding manager and shows genuine concern if there is an issue, which is rare. The grounds are second to none- well maintained and beautiful mature trees and landscaping. The walls are very thick and solid compared to newer complexes and I rarely hear anything from my neighbors on all sides. The kitchen and bath are very nice and upscale with quality finishes. Parking can be a problem if you don't pay for a carport but that is the only negative I can come up with. I am very happy and content living here!

  Pros: Madison (assistant mgr) is amazing. The apartments are decently sized. You can use a down payment program. The maintenance staff is friendly and work very hard. Cons: Melissa (manager) is rude. Had she been the manager when we moved in; we would have chosen a different place. Rent goes up at least $100 a year and they will find ways to add on any charge they can. The pool is rarely cleaned and the spa is almost always gross. The pool bathrooms are foul. The gym has great equipment that rarely works. For 2 of the 3 years we lived there, the fire pit didn’t work. We moved in and got roaches a few days later. I was disgusted and it was a three week process to get someone out to take care of it then we were told to put sticky traps and change them ourselves. We were told we would have brand new appliances. The dryer wouldn’t turn off. We spent three years getting it fixed or another equally non working dryer fixed. I lost so many clothes because they were burning on low heat. At one point we went two months without a dryer. Of course there was no compensation and Melissa told me to deal with it. The washer was not only not new, but we had to run cleaning cycles for two days because it was musty. The trap filter Healey been cleaned either. I cannot explain how much better off a home you deserve. Please avoid this place.

  I called to inquire about an available unit and when I called, the person who answered didn’t know what level the unit was on nor did she know the room size dimensions. Additionally, when I tried to ask what the difference was between the pricing of the different two bedrooms that were available she gave a weird answer. She stated that all the apartments start at $2295 and the price can vary based on lease time, etc (which I get) but then said she had a 2 bedroom at $2395 but didn’t explain why that one was more. Despite the unclear answers & confusion I agreed to still sign-up for a virtual tour and while I got an email reminding me of the appointment, there was no way to connect and nobody contacted me at the appointment time. First impressions seems like this place doesn’t have it together.

  I have lived here 9 years. They are kind, helpful and understanding. The maintenance staff takes care of any and all issues quickly.
