  I am extremely dissatisfied with how this apartment complex has handled ongoing issues that I have brought to their attention multiple times. The biggest issue is an ongoing noise problem with a neighbor who plays extremely loud music, including late into the evening and past 10 PM. The music is so loud that the bass literally shakes my children’s bed. Their bedroom is directly next to the neighbor, and my children have been waking up tired because they are not getting the sleep they need. I have had to call the courtesy patrol at least once a week because of the excessive noise. At this point, I should not have to continuously make the same complaint just to be able to have peace and quiet in my own home. Repeatedly reporting the issue without seeing a meaningful resolution is incredibly frustrating. This is not the only issue I have experienced. I also had a leak underneath my kitchen sink that took over two and a half weeks to be repaired. While I understand that maintenance requests can take time, this length of time for a leak is unacceptable, especially when combined with the ongoing lack of response to the noise complaints. What makes this even more disappointing is that a year and a half ago, I was not experiencing these problems. There has been significant staff turnover, and unfortunately, the level of communication, responsiveness, and overall management seems to have declined. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the basic expectation of being able to live peacefully and safely in the apartment I pay rent for. Residents should not have to repeatedly call courtesy patrol and management about the same issue with little to no resolution. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and starts holding residents accountable for excessive noise and addressing maintenance and resident complaints in a timely manner. The current situation is unacceptable, and I hope management takes immediate steps to improve the living environment for residents.

  PARK VUE IS THE WORST IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE TO RESOLVE. GET THIS...THEY OFFERED BULK INTERNET THE END OF LAST YEAR. I SIGNED THE FORM TO OPT OUT & PUT IT IN THE DROP BOX. I WATCHED MY MONTHLY STATEMENTS & DON'T SEE THE CHARGES.....UNTIL I TRY TO PAY MY RENT ON 6/1/26 AND THERE ARE (5) $60 CHARGES ADDED. THEY REQUEST PROOF I HAD MY OWN INTERNET WHICH I PROVIDE & NOW SAY IT'S UP FOR REVIEW AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE CHARGES WILL BE REMOVED. NO INFO FOR NEW INTERNET PROVIDE WHICH THEY SAY IT'S THE SAME INTERNET, WHAT? NO, NO, NO. I'VE CALLED THE OFFICE EVERYDAY, NO RETURN CALLS. I EMAILED 3 DAYS IN A ROW BEFORE I GET A RESPONSE., AND THE RESPONSE IS THERE'S NO GUARANTEE THEY WILL REMOVE THEM? ANYONE DOWN FOR PAYING AN EXTRA $300 FOR THEIR MISTAKE OR A SERVICE YOU NEVER WANTED OR ASKED FOR.....

  Seriously, what a nightmare. Do NOT move in here. There are so many better options in Sonoma County. It also seems like they deleted the original Yelp reviews that were posted… interesting. When I moved in, my closet door was completely shattered. I called and submitted requests over and over to get it fixed. Someone finally came out, looked at it, and told me they needed to order a new door. An entire YEAR went by and nobody ever followed up. The door was never repaired. Then at the end of my lease, management fought me on it and actually charged ME for the closet door that had been broken the entire time I lived there. Our washing machine was also broken for over three months, and we never received any compensation or rent credit for the inconvenience. The area around these apartments is extremely sketchy. Your car will get broken into. Someone literally stole the license plate off my car. They used to have security patrolling at night but apparently decided it was “no longer needed,” which makes absolutely no sense considering all the sketchy people hanging around at all hours. On top of that, if you ask either of the women in the front office for help, they immediately get defensive and argumentative. I asked the woman with dark hair about the closet mirror and washing machine situation, and she literally yelled at me saying everything was on backorder. The new management team here is awful. You can absolutely find a much nicer apartment for cheaper in Santa Rosa.

  They suck they take money and lie about it and tow tenants car without giving them 24-hour notice to do something about it it's against the law worst place I've ever lived
