I enjoy the local places to visit... has CCTV cameras for security and safety which I'm quite sure has helped this complex considerably, it is also so pleasant to hear the "Smart Train" Horns daily at the over-crossing and train stop 2 blocks away, early morning until late in the evening for those people who enjoy the somewhat soothing sounds of their horns and the crossing bells at Guerneville Road and Coffey Lane...
