  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer at Clayton Homes. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with our home project because the timing isn't right for us at the moment, we truly appreciated Jennifer's support throughout the entire process. Jennifer was extremely responsive and always assisted us quickly whenever we had questions. She went above and beyond by helping coordinate with contractors, guiding us through different home options, and patiently explaining the choices available to us. We especially appreciated her patience, understanding, and willingness to work with us without making us feel pressured. Even though we aren't moving forward right now, Jennifer left us with a very positive impression of Clayton Homes. We would definitely recommend her to anyone considering a Clayton home and would be happy to work with her again when the timing is right for us.

  Jennifer was very helpful, knowedgeable, courteous and responsive while I was making my decision about purchasing an ADU. She made the process seem straight forward and manageable and I appreciated her attention to the project. I recommend her and Clayton Homes to anyone who may be interested in pursuing a manufactured home.

  Over the past six months, we've been visiting Clayton Homes in Santa Rosa inquiring about the purchase of an ADU/manufactured home to place in our backyard. The staff at Clayton are extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about their product. We asked a ton of questions during each visit to the lot and looked at many models. Not only have we been impressed with the staff, but of the quality and flexibility of the units. We're actually in the process of purchasing an ADU/manufactured home from Clayton Homes.

  What a great experience working with Clayton Homes, specifically Stacy Loden, as we made a purchase to move my parents back to California closer to us. From the initial phone call, to meeting in person the first time, and all the other details she helped guide through the process, truly professional! Stacy was helpful and patient while working with myself and my elderly parents to ensure documents were handled properly, information was shared collectively, and really brought a comforting ease as we worked through everything. Thank you so much Stacy and Clayton Homes for making this experience so easy.
