  I recently moved into 888 4th Street Apartments, and I have to say, working with Val and Janiyah has been absolutely amazing! The entire move-in process was flawless. When I arrived for my move-in appointment, they had everything ready for me the moment I walked through the door — my lease, keys, gate cards, and everything else I needed to officially call this place home. They have been incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with me, especially with my crazy amount of text messages and emails full of questions. 😂 They have made the entire experience so easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciate them! As for the property itself, it is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The common areas are gorgeous, everything is incredibly clean, and even the hallways smell amazing. There is live greenery throughout the property, and the attention to detail really makes a difference. From the moment you walk through the front door, you get an immediate feeling of being home. I’m so happy with my decision to move here and grateful to have had such a wonderful experience from day one! ❤️

  Our experience with 888 Fourth Street Apartments was extremely distressing. We received possession of the apartment on July 1, 2026, and immediately noticed a persistent musty odor. While moving belongings in, significant water intrusion was discovered affecting the HVAC area, bedroom carpet, hallway, and surrounding areas. My daughter never spent a single night in the apartment. We repeatedly raised concerns about moisture and possible mold and requested appropriate testing, documentation, and assistance. An independent certified inspection and laboratory testing later detected mold, including Chaetomium. One of the most troubling aspects of this experience was the lack of communication from both the apartment manager and her supervisor. Numerous calls, emails, and requests for help either went unanswered or were not meaningfully addressed. During an urgent housing and health-related situation, we were left repeatedly following up and trying to obtain basic information about the water intrusion, prior incidents, repairs, testing, and whether the apartment was safe. We had to remove and protect the belongings that had already been moved in, urgently find replacement housing, and return all keys on August 9. The experience caused considerable emotional and financial hardship during an already stressful move. The matter remains unresolved and has progressed to litigation, requiring us to retain an attorney. Based on our personal experience, I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to ask detailed questions about the building’s history of water intrusion, request written documentation of repairs and remediation, and thoroughly inspect and test a unit before moving in.

  I changed my review, mostly because when I moved out. The move out sheet didn’t include my security deposit in the cost. They request payment for cleaning and repairs, which I don’t mind. But act that my 1000 deposit is non-existent and charge the cleaning and repairs. You email them but receive no answer. You call and you only hear from an AI, that reassures you that someone will call, but that never happens. So if you want to lose your security deposit when you move, this is the place.
