  We moved in around July 2024, I really wanted to love this place, we moved in because we had lived in our last apartment for over 5 years and wanted to move into something modern and these apartments are beautiful. Nonetheless, both our assigned parking spaces (one is additional that we pay for) are always occupied by others, there is a number to call for towing when this happens (because it’s the norm around here) but when I call they say only management can request to tow-and the office is closed after 5:30 so it’s a free for all. The ant infestation is beyond anything I have ever seen, we have the Terro antbait on a subscription. The pool is gorgeous but freezing (we were told it was heated when we were moving in), the gym is closed by 10pm (advertised as 24/hr), and we were told ev charging stations were coming but the ev charging spaces are assigned as regular parking spaces, this was our incentive to buy a second electric vehicle by the way. The staff is friendly, but lacks experience, and the energy is aimed at occupying vacant apartments and not in current residents, I feel like I annoy them when I communicate but you really have to advocate for yourself or you won’t get a response. I absolutely hate it here! Choose anywhere else to live, you’ve been warned.

  I think people usually write positive reviews when they get what they want. In this case, I did too but it was a promise made to me as a consolation for a mishandled, then disregarded, situation at 38N Apartments. Kay, the current Assistant Manager, was largely unfamiliar with my situation and was able to grasp my issue from almost 10 months ago and resolve it with minimal back-and-forth explaining. Kay handled my situation with professionalism, respect, efficiency and the months-ago promised results. No wonder her promotion to Assistant Manager. Take good care of this employee. While maintaining office staff at any apartment complex seems challenging due to the stressful and demanding nature of the work, consistency is so critical for the conscientious residents. Thank you so much!

  management is very bad at getting back to you, office is always closed. nobody ever answers the phone no matter what time you call. definitely think they need to hire more people or work on communicating better, so residents are able to get the help they need. also valet trash is $35 a month but sometimes they don’t come when it’s not even a holiday. trash sits outside, with the bins that are required to be put out that we NEED in order to replace our trash bags with. other than that lol, the community is awesome and everyone is very nice and for the most part quiet at reasonable hours.

  Y’all keep getting rid of anybody that knows how to actually run an apartment and I’ve only gotten help when the apartment was leaking water from the roof other than that I’ve been told that I need to talk to another manager but they are never in the office and never call or msg back (like I’ve been told they would). I’m very disappointed in quality of management. It seems like the apartment has been ran by temps for the last couple months.
