Lease application is thru agent Asset Living - FPI Management & others. Say goodby to your financial privacy , cuz they require criteria proof like IRS tax transcripts. Good to perfect living conditions, with constant staff & fee changes.

I was given keys and the numbers to the vacant apartments and did a self guided tour. Why was I offered an appointment on a day that there were no leasing agents?
- KSKami SwinneyJun 9, 20261.0Called multiple times to set up a time to come fix our oven then just never showed up. Maintenance and the management here is very poor. Iv had nothing but issues since moving in and black mold problems
- TCTara CormierMay 24, 20265.0I had submitted for repairs upon moving in. The maintenance man came and did not repair any of the issues. I submitted them again asking for an electrician if they cannot be fixed with maintenance. A different maintenance person came and both repairs were taken care of properly. The sink faucet was broken and needed replacement, the bathroom fan was wired and set to work from the wall switch.
