  I had a tour scheduled today at 2:00 PM, which I booked in advance. I arrived on time, but no one was there - no agent, no message, nothing. After waiting, I had to call the agent myself. Only then was I informed that the last one-bedroom and the apartment had already been rented the day before. What’s most frustrating is that no one canceled my appointment or notified me ahead of time. I ended up finding out about this while standing outside their locked door, after wasting my time and rearranging my schedule for nothing. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable.

  I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The community is clean, safe, and well taken care of. I especially want to give a shoutout to Alyssa, she’s been amazing and has gone above and beyond to make everything smooth and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for better service!

  My experience with this apartment building has completely changed thanks to the property manager, Alyssa. From the very beginning—through the application process, move-in, and even now—she has been consistently helpful and supportive. Alyssa is always easy to reach when we need something, and coordinating with her has been a pleasure. Our move-in situation wasn’t entirely traditional, as we had to order furniture before arriving. Alyssa went above and beyond by helping us get everything into the apartment ahead of time so it was ready for us on move-in day. That made the process so much smoother and less stressful. Overall, we’ve had a truly positive experience here so far, and I would highly recommend this place.

  I have been staying at this apartment for three months, and the experience has been great. Alyssa, our property manager, is very responsive to all our questions. She even gave us her direct line, so it is very easy to reach her. The apartment is in a newer building, so the units are new and well-maintained. We also have dedicated parking spots, which is a great perk.Additionally, the apartment is in a convenient location, hence, we can find everything we need within minutes of driving. Overall, my family and I have been happy with the experience.
