  Does this company ever answer their phones? Trying to get a real life leasing agent seems like I need to fly back there and go in person 🙄. I get to the point of irritation waiting for someone to answer, but that irritation grows LARGER with the automated system repeating the same Information. I’m trying to leave a voicemail, I press 2, and the automated service continues to repeat the same stuff. So apparently even that way doesn’t work for contacting. I want a live leasing agent to deal with my matters in a timely fashion!!

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this apartment complex. Our experience moving out was extremely frustrating and has resulted in unexpected charges. I would not recommend this apartment complex.

  I've loved living at Hancock Terrace for over 2 years now. The amenities are so helpful and fun--it feels like a mini vacation every weekend if you want it to be! The apartments are fairly modern, and my dog can have his space in the park as well. The staff have been very responsive and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this complex.

  I can’t recommend it. The non-smoking rule isn’t a rule because they don’t enforce it unless you provide evidence, and then only barely, because they scold the offender with a form letter. I’ve had to breathe in the secondhand smoke of a neighbor I’ve complained about repeatedly, and my complaints are ignored. I can only conclude that, in the landlord math, the compulsions of a tenant who enjoys guaranteed government-paid rent are regarded as greater than the health of a precariously employed tenant (I mean, aren’t those of us who work all precariously employed in this economy?). At this point, I’m just biding my time until I can move out. Call it tenant math. Also, I once had to come to the aid of a neighbor (presumably non-smoking, but who knows?) who was being attacked in the parking lot by a strung-out, buck-naked man in the early morning hours. But at least this incident makes for a fun story. Oh. And one of the maintenance guys, Kurt, is a real one who takes care of maintenance requests professionally and promptly.

  After being here for seven years, I really appreciate the service over here. The maintenance department leasing office management living. Here has been a wonderful place for me because I have not lived in an apartment for 40 years. I’ve always been in a house. I feel very safe over here I have a very good relationship with the leasing office and within maintenance departments they all are very excellent here. There’s no better place in home here At Hancock Terrace apartment The children here that I see are very nice and polite to me thanks to their parents. we just need a little bit more activity for the young people. I enjoy work with other people and I feel God put me here for a reason. I am a communities person here in Santa Maria so I know what it’s like to work with young people. I know what it’s like to get to know your neighbors and get to know your Community. Again, thank you the work you’re doing and keeping the place clean.
