  We’ve only been renting through PMI County Line for a couple of months, but so far our experience has been great. Ruth Shan was very helpful getting us started, and Jim has been wonderful to work with since then. He’s been responsive with all questions and has gone above and beyond to make sure the home was up to our standards, including replacing the carpets damaged by the previous tenant’s cat and helping us get a new sink. We really appreciate the communication and care we’ve received so far and are happy to have PMI County Line managing our home.

  We found my mom’s home at La Mirada Landmark online, and the entire experience has been exceptional. Ruth Shan, who was managing the property for rental, made the process smooth and stress-free. Jim, the property manager, has truly gone above and beyond to ensure my mom’s move-in and everything since has been handled with care, urgency, and professionalism. His responsiveness and attention to detail have made all the difference for our family. We also appreciate Sarah, the office manager, and Amanda, the administrative assistant, for their ongoing support and helpful communication. We have complete peace of mind knowing my mom is in such a well-managed and caring environment. Highly recommend!

  Always nice and caring people.. A great company to deal with.. Jim was great and very helpful at all times.. Now they are using Ernst&Haas..a HORIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.. I pray they don't work out..not helpful at all...rude woman at this company.., Jim was very helpful and kind ..with all my questions And getting things done.. So sad to not have more company's Like these two..

  Craig Kurth (owns this franchise of PMI) is an unethical, shady landlord. He ignores calls/emails for information, and ignores my requests for repair on the plumbing and electrical issues in the house I'm renting. He doesn't even own the house, but he runs a 'franchise' property management company, and manages property's for owners. He has been discriminating against me. He even went as far as to try and evict me for paying rent 2 days late. AND, I was only late because he won't take personal checks, and is forcing me to pay in cashier's checks only. Kicker is, I have never even written him a bad check!! He served me legal paperwork and now have to appear in court. I'd recommend you STAY AWAY from PMI County Line!
