  We found my mom’s home at La Mirada Landmark online, and the entire experience has been exceptional. Ruth Shan, who was managing the property for rental, made the process smooth and stress-free. Jim, the property manager, has truly gone above and beyond to ensure my mom’s move-in and everything since has been handled with care, urgency, and professionalism. His responsiveness and attention to detail have made all the difference for our family. We also appreciate Sarah, the office manager, and Amanda, the administrative assistant, for their ongoing support and helpful communication. We have complete peace of mind knowing my mom is in such a well-managed and caring environment. Highly recommend!

  Always nice and caring people.. A great company to deal with.. Jim was great and very helpful at all times.. Now they are using Ernst&Haas..a HORIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.. I pray they don't work out..not helpful at all...rude woman at this company.., Jim was very helpful and kind ..with all my questions And getting things done.. So sad to not have more company's Like these two..

  We have rented from Craig Kurth of PMI for the last 9 month. First of all he and his supervisor went above and beyond to get us quickly, within a few days, into the home that we rented. Our home of 40 years burned & I was scheduled for total knee replacement surgery 10 days after our the fire. We needed to be in a safe place for me to return to recover the day after surgery. Secondly, when we had an electrical problem or a plumbing problem Craig responded immediately and had someone to our home within a day. He and his company could not have been more responsive. Craig has been caring, kind, responsive and I would highly recommend Craig and his company PMI. Judy Howard

  Craig Kurth (owns this franchise of PMI) is an unethical, shady landlord. He ignores calls/emails for information, and ignores my requests for repair on the plumbing and electrical issues in the house I'm renting. He doesn't even own the house, but he runs a 'franchise' property management company, and manages property's for owners. He has been discriminating against me. He even went as far as to try and evict me for paying rent 2 days late. AND, I was only late because he won't take personal checks, and is forcing me to pay in cashier's checks only. Kicker is, I have never even written him a bad check!! He served me legal paperwork and now have to appear in court. I'd recommend you STAY AWAY from PMI County Line!
