  Being a first-time buyer, I consider myself lucky to have met Valerie at an open house several months ago. We looked at numerous houses and when the opportunity became available for me to put in an offer, Valerie was consistent and steadfast. Initially, I thought it was a long shot however Valerie was experienced enough to know that if we moved quickly, my offer may be considered over another. I really valued Valerie’s expertise and the way she guided me through every step of the process. Having someone who can spot potential issues with things like the roof, plumbing, or foundation is such a game-changer—especially if you’re not totally sure what “good bones” actually look like! It’s so much more helpful than working with someone who just points out the pretty features without digging deeper. I also appreciated that she didn’t treat me like just another number. Taking the time to communicate made a huge difference. With how quickly the real estate market moves these days, not being left in the dark is a relief. Valerie was on top of things, which helped make the whole process smoother.
