Valerie works as a team player to get the job done. She is a hard worker & prepared my property for a timely sale in a challenging market. Valerie even kept the yard in good shape in between having the gardener out. I recommend Valerie Mishkin and Bailey Properties for all your real estate needs. .

Valerie is a considerate and knowledgeable realtor who has a great way of communicating the process of selling your home. She was able to help me through some questions I had regarding pricing on selling our home along with explaining the nuances of marketing and timing. She put my fears at ease and reminded me that it was my home and that I was ultimately in charge. I appreciated her generosity and ability to explain the process in a way I could understand as a lay person.

Valerie Mishkin has been an invaluable resource to me, during a time of extraordinary upheaval. Her calm communication, patient observations, and excellent organization calmed my mind enough so we could troubleshoot various problems. She is able to break down a situation into smaller, more actionable steps. She is focused, available, and reliable. I have so much gratitude for her presence in my life.

Valerie Mishkin has a wealth of information with regard to local real estate, market values, our city ordinances, and around current local bylaws. Making her an amazing resource for real estate development. Besides Valerie’s depth of knowledge, she is professional, timely, and reliable. Valerie has worked with me over the last five years, developing opportunities for real estate growth within our county, and through the ever-changing market landscape. Valerie deserves this five star review for all of the reasons I listed above and more.
