  Amy and her team have been managing our properties for the last three years and we have really enjoyed working with them. They respond promptly to our questions and always request our approval for any large repairs so there are no surprises. We feel fortunate to be able to work with such a great property management team who knows how to select awesome tenants who care about our property just as much as we do. THANK YOU!

  Leaving this from a tenant perspective. Amy and PMI were very professional for the two years they managed the property we lived at. Attentive to maintenance requests, precise with paperwork/deposits. Definitely a standout in the Santa Cruz area.

  Amy Walker is clearly an expert in her field. She not only knows all of the regulations and business of property management, she has the wisdom of her field, which is so important when working with landlords, tenants and rentals. She has helped me with my 2 rental properties. I recommend her 100%.
