  Aurelio Avila, our new Maintenance Manager. I needed his help with my toilet, air conditioning and faucets and for the very first time in over 6 years of living in my apartment I am writing a review. I had a very pleasant experience with the quality of his services and his attitude. He is very cordial. His work is sterling! Some of the qualities I would like to highlight to describe him and his work are caring, conscientious, dedicated, diligent , invested, meticulous, efficient, and thorough. Qualities that make him truly stand out. He goes above and beyond! Thank you Aurelio!!!

  Their maintenance team is punctual and experienced. They did an excellent job fixing the issues we had in our apartment.

  Management is terrible. Limited communication, unresponsive and unapologetic staff. Handled our security deposit illegally. It's close to the beach and they allow pets, but don't bother because it isn't worth the hassle.
