He’s always on top of it and he treats this place like it’s his own. Lucy is always awesome too she helped us get our keys and she is extremely professional. Thank you Overlook staff for making our home awesome!!!!

The leasing consultant, Lucy Tovar, made me feel unwelcome and like I was inconveniencing her just by asking normal questions. She didn’t seem to know basic info and even contradicted herself about when units would be available to view. On top of that, the fees feel excessive, fifty dollars a month for pet rent plus a five hundred dollar pet deposit, and then seventy-five a month for carport parking. It all feels like nonstop add-ons. Between the poor communication and the way I was treated, I wouldn’t recommend signing a lease here.
