  Selling my home was a deeply emotional chapter in my life, and I truly could not have asked for a better person to guide me through it than Nate Butcher and his team. Becoming an empty nester I made a decision to move out of the country and sell my home. I was on a very tight and important time frame. Choosing the right agent was not something I could take lightly. I have bought and sold homes before and worked with agents in the past, so I understood how important it was to hire someone I could fully trust to handle such a major transition under pressure. Before making my decision, I interviewed several agents because I wanted to be absolutely certain I was choosing the right person for this situation and timeline.
