  Used to live here. Parking is a nightmare. The lease for the land doubled in the 4-5 years i was there. They built solar panels and it helped a little. They were supposed to add parking spots. They did but you have to pay to use them. They were doing work in the travel ways and roped off a smaller guest parking during the construction. The project has been going on for years, making the roads terrible. And the roped off guest parking is still closed with onlya few materials occupying the space. Its a nice quiet place to live, but appears to be more about making money, then caring for there tenants. You might pay off the home, but will always have to lease the land. Better to spend a little more and buy a home. I did. Unfortunitaly, I have an HOA, but I can see where my money goes.

  This mobile home park is on it's way up, the new management is working hard to pull this park back from what the former management did not do.The new management has been very helpful and has taken care of all my concerns. I hope is in six months or so I will be able to raise Lily of the Valley to a Five Star Park, But for now your looking good old Lily.
