Worst Management Company "FPI" 1. Housekeeping horrible, sorry and lazy place is never clean 2. Parking, a nightmare 3. Amenities, bare mininum management has taken away more than they have provided. We no longer have all the amenities descibed on the site 4. The pool has worse cleaning company in the areas..spa has green algae in it. 5. The property is neglected poorly maintained 6. Office staff very wishy washy, they usually don't stay long Management does not care about the property or the elder tenants.

It's awful here. I used to love my little spot. It seems like they are letting it go to hell on purpose. Nobody cleans anymore. Elevators have been out in a 4 story SENIOR building for a week now. IT'S NOT OKAY!

There are kids running up and down the halls screaming an yelling, once the tenants had to display parking stickers and others would be towed not now anyone can park here and others do. Hard to find parking sometimes. Management will not return phone calls and unless it is an emergency maintenance never answer request for maintenace help. All in all this place is terrible. At one time it was great living here but not any more.
