  As first-time homebuyers, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better team than Armando and his assistant, Shannon. From the very beginning, they made what could have been an overwhelming process feel approachable and exciting. Armando and Shannon took the time to educate us throughout every step of the home-buying process, making sure we understood what to expect and felt confident in every decision we made. As first-time buyers, that guidance was invaluable. What really stood out was how accessible and responsive they both were. They were always available to answer our questions, and even when something fell outside the typical scope of what a realtor would handle, they never hesitated to help or point us in the right direction. We always felt supported and knew we could count on them. Another thing that made the experience even better was that Armando is a lifelong resident of the area. His deep roots in the community meant he had trusted recommendations and connections for everything we needed throughout the process—from inspectors and contractors to local resources and advice. Having someone with that level of local knowledge and network was an incredible asset and gave us even more confidence in every step of the journey. I’ll also admit that I can be a little particular and probably asked more questions than most clients. Not once did Armando make me feel like I was being difficult or asking too much. He was patient, reassuring, and always took the time to address every concern without ever making us feel like a burden. That level of professionalism and genuine care meant a lot to us. We are incredibly grateful to Armando and Shannon for making such an important milestone such a positive experience.   Valerie and Armando are the best realtor team we’ve ever employed — they’re absolutely fantastic! This amazing team helped us on both ends of our home transactions (buy/sell).   Armando is a top notch professional! He represented me during the sale of my previous home and purchase of my new home months later. I can honestly say both transactions were the easiest, stress free, pleasant experience. Armando was extremely patient, kind and understanding during the sale of my first home as it was a divorce sale which made things a bit complicated. Armando and team far exceeded my expectations! He also represented me in purchasing my new home and because of his knowledge in this housing market, I was able to get my dream home!
