  The management team is the worst I’ve ever encountered. When I referred a friend when we moved in, they promised to pay $400 for every referral, but they never did. They’re incredibly dishonest and can’t keep their word. To top it off, our air conditioning unit has been broken for a year and they’ve never fixed it! I’m thoroughly disappointed.

  DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR HOURS. THEY ARE WRONG. These people do not work. You will never be able to get a response from any of the leasing managers. The staff is extremely incompetent. I’m currently in the process of moving in and my move in time was 11am-4pm. It’s currently 1:30 and we haven’t been able to get into our building yet. The leasing office was literally locked when we got here. I had a mattress delivered and had to leave it outside because we couldn’t get into our apartment. They are so understaffed it’s insane. This is the worst agency ever.

  Do NOT move here unless you have absolutely no other option. Choosing this apartment has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I've had. The apartments are advertised as "remodeled," but it's mostly cosmetic—just lipstick on a pig. The finishes may look newer, but the quality and overall maintenance don't justify the extremely high rent. The biggest issue is management. Service requests are either ignored or take an unreasonably long time to be addressed. Calling the leasing office is pointless because you're routed to an AI assistant, and it's nearly impossible to reach a real person. When you do need help, getting a response is incredibly frustrating. If you're looking for a place where management actually cares about residents and responds to maintenance issues, look elsewhere. I genuinely regret moving here and would not recommend this property to anyone.

  I am about to sign the lease to this place so cannot really speak on what it’s like to live there yet. However the Summerwood Management team is terrible. I sent 6 different emails and 5 text messages in the span of four days asking them different questions. They do not respond. They are clearly super understaffed and need to hire more people. It takes multiple emails to get a response to one question and they only started responding to me properly after I told them how bad they were at their job. At any other profession, not responding to a client for 4 days would not be acceptable. Of course, I’m the only one who has to suffer the consequences of their mistakes. If your looking for a management team that will respond to you quickly, look elsewhere. Edit: Lmfao, the staff doesn’t even have the time to write a genuine reply. Same copy and paste message to every review. Please hire someone, the service is so atrocious 😭😭😭. They just be sitting doing nothing all day

  Neighbors won’t respect the quiet hours, they blast really loud music until 2-3AM and Summerwood Apartments doesn’t do anything. Apparently there’s a “security guard” here after hours, and I was provided with a phone number to call if needed, but that phone number goes straight to voicemail every single time. I live in building 24 and this happens every single night.
