  Neighbors won’t respect the quiet hours, they blast really loud music until 2-3AM and Summerwood Apartments doesn’t do anything. Apparently there’s a “security guard” here after hours, and I was provided with a phone number to call if needed, but that phone number goes straight to voicemail every single time. I live in building 24 and this happens every single night.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience living here lately. For families with young children, it has become nearly impossible. There is a construction team working directly on/near the property from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM every single weekday. The noise is relentless and makes it incredibly difficult to get my 2-month-old baby to sleep during the day. On top of the constant noise, there is a severe infestation issue in the kitchen that has steadily gotten worse over time. Despite trying to manage it, management has not resolved the issue. Between the sleep deprivation and the unsanitary conditions, I cannot recommend living here.

  Awful experience trying to speak to a real person. Their AI system is the default, scheduled a tour, navigated to the address 444 Saratoga and could not find leasing office. Tried calling, no answer. Eventually, after having left a AI calls me back—I finally get through to a real person and his response to my “where to find the leasing office” question is to give me the address once again. I realize now it’s due to the address navigating folks to the back of the complex not the main entrance. Complete waste of my time.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the management here. I submitted an emergency maintenance request and it has been ignored for more than 3 days with little to no communication. Emergency issues should be treated with urgency, especially when they affect residents’ safety and living conditions.

  I put in an emergency maintenance request 3 days ago and still have not received any meaningful response or repair. This is completely unacceptable, especially for something classified as an emergency. It feels like tenant safety and comfort are not a priority here. Paying a high rent on time should come with the expectation that urgent issues are handled promptly, but that clearly isn’t the case. Very disappointing experience,
