  I've been living at Nantucket Apartments since January 2026, and my experience has been great so far. One of the things I appreciate most is the convenient location, especially the easy access to public transportation, which makes my daily commute to work much easier. I also appreciate that residents have access to the amenities at the sister community Bella Vista while ours are being renovated. A special thanks to Jessica from the leasing office who is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Nantucket Apartments and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to live in Santa Clara.

  I just moved in this Monday. The leasing office is so efficient and friendly. They help me a lot procedures for applying so we finished them in 5 days. Actually they are still helping me very day. The team is very kind and patient to new renters and everything let me feel just like home, well managed, save and quiet.

  I’ve lived here for almost five years and it has been a wonderful experience. The best part is being right next to the Ulistac Natural Area. I love going there for walks and bird watching, and it’s amazing to have such a beautiful nature spot just steps from my door. You can even walk all the way to Alviso along the beautiful Guadalupe River Trail. The amenities are great too, and the on-site car washing area is especially handy. Everything is well maintained, and the management is always helpful.

  I’ve lived here for almost three years now and have had a very good experience overall. The service is great and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also really like the floor plan of my one-bedroom apartment: it’s spacious and well designed. The community has some nice amenities, including a free car wash area. When the pool was under construction, they even arranged for residents to use the pool at their sister property, which I really appreciated. The only downside for me is the sound insulation between floors. Noise from the apartment above can come through pretty easily. Other than that, I’ve been very happy living here.

  I have been living here for the past 3 years and am very happy and satisfied. Vivian is a great manager and has been very helpful when issues arises. Front desk folks are great as well! I always get responses in a timely manner and should also mention the maintenance crew is amazing as well and has fixed numerous problems in a very timely manner. Prices are in my opinion worth it when you have walking access to 49ers stadium/VTA/shopping center and schools. Overall my experience has been great. Jessica and Vivian have helped us through some inconveniences and nothing has been out of the ordinary since i moved in. I probably stay here for the foreseeable future.
